Why do you charge monthly instead of a one-off fee?
Unlike the majority of the e-commerce extensions which use static algorithms, our extension is completely dynamic. In other words, it is always learning and getting better at increasing your sales by constantly analysing your store data and customer behaviour.
This also means that we use a lot more server and processing power to ensure we provide you with the best possible results.
We therefore need to charge a monthly fee to cover our costs and allow us to keep adding more predictive analytics features to help you even more.
Can I upgrade/downgrade my monthly plan?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your monthly plan at any time and this will take effect the following month.
We will also send reminders if you exceed the limit on your current plan and ask for your permission before upgrading you.
How long does it take to install the extension?
We’ve made the installation process as simple as possible and it only takes about 3-5 minutes to get started and start getting the benefits.

Will my data remain confidential?
Yes, we want to reassure you that we cannot store any personal data (like credit card details) and will never share your data with anyone else. We will also not make any changes to your site or prices before getting your permission first.

Can I integrate Google Analytics to your extension?
Yes, the Koob extension has been designed to be integrated to your google analytics account. This enables us to analyse more information about your store to personalise customer experience and increase your conversions further.
How do I exclude certain products from the smart search results?
Setting the visibility parameter to only Catalog or Invisible, will ensure that the product will not be indexed and not be shown in the search results.
How often will be store data be synchronised?
This depends on your monthly plan.
All paid plans are synchronised at least one per day with the premium plans even giving you the option of synchronising you data on demand whenever you make a change to make sure customers always find your latest products.
How do I set the dynamic pricing parameters?
You will have the option of either setting a global maximum discount for all your products or product specific maximum discounts. You can also choose not to give any discounts for specific products if you want.
Once we know your limits i.e. the maximum discount you are willing to give, we will NEVER exceed this.
We use complex sales forecasting algorithms as well as competitor price analysis, seasonality trends and many other factors to determine at what price your products are more likely to be sold and change the prices accordingly.
How often does the dynamic pricing feature changes my prices?
This will depend on the monthly plan that you have. For all paid plans, we change the prices at least twice a day to increase your sales.
For some of our premium plans, the discounted prices change every 15 minutes!
